Here is just an idea of what you will be eating! Karen said she was headed tomorrow to stock up at Costco for she and Mike so I sent this same list over to her. We are still waiting for many people’s packets so we really can’t get the exact diet plans to you yet. However, we will send it over tomorrow to those who have returned their packet filled out.
